We are absolutely delighted to be taking part in Vegan Restaurant Week 2018 (January 8-14), in association with Canny Food Blog.
However, our food maestro, Sam, has come up with so many lush sounding culinary creations, we decided to extend it to the whole of January.
Our menu includes:
-Roasted ratatouille with polenta
-Lentil Shepherd’s pie with sweet potato mash and garlic green beans
-Roasted Mediterranean vegetable lasagne with garlic bread
-Butternut squash, garlic cauliflower and vegan pesto -flatbread
-Sicilian Caponata with pine nuts on griddled sourdough
-Potato, leek and wild mushroom soup with chipotle oil
